A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: 'Two men have been arrested following a fire inside a detached garage in Stoke-on-Trent. Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward. Both have since been released on conditional police bail while inquiries continue. Another man, aged 31, from Newcastle-under-Lyme, was arrested on suspicion of arson and criminal damage. An investigation revealed the fire had been started deliberately.Ī 41-year-old man, of no-fixed-address, was arrested on suspicion of arson.
